Big Shiv Productions only uses Exclusive Use Licenses, which ensure that an instrumental is only used for one song or artist(s). The Exclusive Use License for an instrumental costs only $500 and includes single cover art design. As the composer/producer of the music I will retain 25% of the songs royalties and the artist(s) and/or their respective labels will retain 75%. Big Shiv Productions is an ASCAP registered composer/writer & publisher. As a condition of the license Big Shiv Productions must be given spoken & written credit for production in official publishing and releases (e.g. “Song Name” by “artist name” prod. Big Shiv).
